Details required are: Text: Beneficiary name, IFSC Code, Account number, Account holder name, Branch details (Address, City, State), Pan Number of organization.


Attachments/Scanned documents required in pdf/.jpeg format: Cancelled cheque, Mandate form, Annexure 4, PAN card.

Yes, you need to login as a Facility manager in HFR to add/modify bank details.


Is the “Mandate Form” mandatory to be uploaded?


Yes, the “Mandate Form” is mandatory and need to be uploaded to proceed further.


Where can I see and monitor all my incentive claim and credit history?


You can login in your Health Facility Registry (HFR) profile to monitor credit history.


Whose bank details are needed to be shared in HFR?


Bank details of the legal entity of the health facility need to be shared.


If the bank account holder name is different from entity name/hospital/company name, then annexure 4 needs to be filled.


While adding bank details in HFR, do I need to submit eSign and undertaking?


Yes, after adding bank details, undertaking and eSign are mandatory to proceed ahead.


Do I need to submit eSign and undertaking again after I edit my bank details?


Yes, eSign and undertaking are mandatory, in case of any changes in the bank details.


What is Digital Health Incentive Scheme?


It is a scheme launched by NHA (National Health Authority) in December 2022 to incentivize healthcare facilities to adopt ABDM (Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission), which aims to create a Digital Health ecosystem across India. This initiative would provide the right incentives to the health facilities and providers of digital health solutions such as Hospital Management Information System (HMIS), Laboratory Management Information System (LMIS), Health Lockers and Teleconsultation application.


What is the maximum number of transactions against one patient that are eligible for incentive on a daily and monthly basis as per DHIS operational guidelines?


Eligible transaction for incentive against one patient/ABHA address in a day - 1 transaction


Eligible transactions for incentive against one patient/ABHA address in a month - 5 transactions



Will I get incentive for every transaction done/ every day/every month?


Yes, however incentives will be calculated for claim settlement every calendar month based on the criteria mentioned as per DHIS guidelines.


Is ABDM linkage necessary for stakeholders to be eligible for this financial incentive scheme?


Yes, transactions should be linked with an ABHA address or ABHA number. As mentioned in the scheme document: Each transaction should be done on a system integrated with the ABDM ecosystem till milestone 2 (i.e., after it starts playing the role of Health Information Provider or HIP in ABDM).


Is this incentive scheme applicable for international platforms?


No, The Scheme is only applicable to healthcare facilities having operations in India and transactions done in India. However, this shall include International Teleconsultation if the consulting doctor or one of the consulting doctors is in India irrespective of location of others on the group-consultation.



How is ABDM (Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission) different from DHIS (Digital Health Incentive Scheme)?


The Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) aims to develop the backbone necessary to support the integrated digital health infrastructure of the country. It will bridge the existing gap amongst different stakeholders of the healthcare ecosystem through digital highways. Through ABDM, patients will now be able to securely store and access their medical records (such as prescriptions, diagnostic reports, and discharge summaries) and digitally share them with healthcare providers to ensure appropriate treatment and follow up.


Digital Health Incentive Scheme (DHIS) is an incentive scheme under the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM). The scheme was launched in December 2022 and will be operational from January 1st, 2023. This scheme shall provide incentives to the health facilities (Hospitals, Laboratory, Digital Solution Companies) and make available the benefits of digital health for all the citizens of India.


Is there any incentive for non-KYC records?


No. Only KYC-verified records are eligible for incentives.
