When will I receive payouts for online appointment bookings?

Overview

When a patient books an appointment using your online appointment link, the payment is collected at the time of booking. The payout for this appointment is processed after the consultation is completed and is credited to your account the next day at 9:00 AM.

How the Payout Process Works

• The patient uses your online appointment link to book and make the payment.

• The consultation must be successfully completed for the payout to be processed.

• Once the appointment is marked as completed, the payout is scheduled.

• The payout is credited to your registered bank account on the next day at 9:00 AM after the appointment date.

Important Note: Bank Details Setup

To receive payouts, your bank account details must be registered with us.

• Bank details are not added directly from the product.
• You need to contact support to get your bank details added.
