Checking Active and Inactive Services on the Eka Dashboard

Overview

The Manage Services section allows doctors or admins to view and control which services are currently active or inactive in the system. You can easily check the status of services and toggle them on or off as needed.

Steps

Step 1: Open the Eka Dashboard and click on My Profile.

Step 2: Scroll down and select Settings and Preferences.

Step 3: From the left-hand side panel, click on Manage Services.

Step 4: Select Active Services to view all services that are currently active.

Step 5: You can toggle a service to Inactive if you do not want it to appear or be used.

Important Notes

This section helps you manage which services are available for appointments or billing.
Services can be activated or deactivated anytime from the Manage Services section.
