How to Check if a Staff Member Has Deleted an Appointment?


Overview


The Eka Doc App allows doctors or admins to review activity through the Analytics section. If an appointment has been deleted, you can verify this information by checking the Payment Report, which provides insights into appointment-related transactions and records.


Steps to Check Deleted Appointments


Step 1: Click on Analytics from the Eka Care Dashboard.





Step 2: Under Analytics, navigate to Payment Dashboard.






Step 3: Under Paymode Wise Raw Report, Service Wise Report, and Patient Level Data, you can view the details of deleted appointments.


  • Review the report details to identify any changes or deleted appointment records.




Important Notes

  • This report helps admins and doctors track appointment-related transactions.
  • You can use date filters to check reports for a specific time period.
  • Reviewing this report can help verify if an appointment was removed by staff.
