Gynecology Guide: Capturing Vitals for LMP, EDD & GA Calculation


Overview


This guide helps doctors efficiently use vitals and in-built calculators to determine LMP (Last Menstrual Period), EDD (Estimated Due Date), Gestational Age (GA), and Progesterone to Estrogen Ratio—eliminating the need for manual calculations and saving time during consultations.


Steps to Configure & Use


Step 1: Go to RX Write and start the prescription






Step 2: On the RX Pad, Navigate to Vitals section, click Configure






Step 3: Enable LMP and Save






Step 4: Go to Calculator Configuration


Enable:


  • EDD by LMP
  • EDD by USG
  • Progesterone to Estrogen Ratio
  • Gestational Age





Step 5: Now In Vitals, You can now enter the LMP






Step 6: Open Calculators and click Calculate


  • Enter required details to get results
  • Click Copy to Pad to add it to the prescription




Important Notes


  • EDD by USG can be used when scan data is available for higher accuracy
  • Using Copy to RX avoids manual errors and improves documentation speed
