Overview


Doctors can quickly book a future appointment for a patient directly after completing the consultation, without relying on staff. This helps ensure continuity of care and reduces missed follow-ups by scheduling the next visit immediately.


Steps


Step 1: Click on Rx Write to start the prescription





Step 2: Add the required details and click on Finish Rx





Step 3: On the left-hand panel, click on Book Appointment






Step 4: Select the date/time and confirm to schedule the next appointment for the patient.




IMPORTANT NOTES


  • Appointment can be booked for any future date (not limited to follow-ups)
  • Helps reduce dependency on front-desk staff
  • Ensure basic prescription details are added before finishing Rx to proceed
  • The appointment gets linked to the same patient automatically
