How can I add online appointment booking to my website? (appointment widget)

Overview

The Online Appointment Widget allows clinics to add booking functionality directly to their website using a simple code snippet. Patients can view real-time availability, book in-clinic or online consultations, and manage appointments easily.
It supports both floating (FAB) and embedded formats, captures patient details upfront, enables multi-clinic selection, and allows easy rescheduling—helping reduce staff workload and improve patient experience.

Steps:

Step 1: Click on your Profile (top right)

Step 2: Scroll down and Select Settings & Preferences.

Step 3: From the left panel, click My Appointment Widget option

Step 4: Select Install Widget

Step 5: Here we need to Configure the appointment Widget

**Select Doctor & Clinic and click Next **

Step 6: **Choose Mode **:

FAB Mode – Floating action button on website
Embedded Mode – Compact widget on page

Step 7: **Select your Setup Type accordingly - **

Single Clinic
Multi-location
Solo Practitioner

Step 8: Pick preferred widget theme

Step 9: Copy this code and paste it in your website's HTML to add the floating action button.

Step 10: once copied and set up your online appointment widget will now be live on your website.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Website should support HTML code insertion (developer help may be required)
Changes in widget settings may require refresh or re-copying the code
Theme should match your website branding for better patient experience
