How to Check the Visited Date for a Transaction


Overview


The Payment Dashboard in Eka EMR allows you to view the Visited Date associated with each transaction. Enabling this column helps in tracking when the patient visit occurred in relation to the payment.


Steps to View Visited Date


Step 1: From the left panel, click on the Rupee (₹) Payment icon to open the Payment Dashboard.




Step 2: Click on the Settings (⚙️) on the dashboard.


  • Enable the Visited Date column from the available options.
  • Click Apply Changes to confirm the changes.



Step 4: Once enabled, the visited date for each individual transaction will be visible.




Additional Notes


  • The Visited Date helps in correlating patient visits with payments.
  • If the column is not visible, ensure it is enabled from the Settings (⚙️) menu.
  • You can customize dashboard columns anytime based on your workflow.
