Add patient’s address to appear on the prescription pad


Overview


This guide explains how to enable and add the patient address field during patient registration so it reflects on the prescription. By activating this field from settings and syncing the changes, doctors can capture complete patient details and ensure the address is automatically displayed on the Rx—improving documentation and compliance.


STEPS :


Step 1: Click the Settings (⚙️) icon on the top right or + Add Fields option on the Add New Patient Form.




Step 2: Click Edit (top right) to add/update any additional fields.






Step 3: Enable Patient Address under Patient Attribute Management. 





Step 4: Go back and click Sync to update the form.






Step 5: In the patient registration form, click Show Other Fields
  • Enter details under Patient Address





Step 6: Check-in the patient and complete the prescription


  • Preview the Rx — Patient Address will appear at the top


Note:


  • Sync is mandatory after enabling fields
