How Can I View My Plan Details and Seat Usage?

Viewing Your Subscription Plan

Overview

The Plan Details section allows doctors to view their subscription plan, validity, and seat usage. This helps track how many user accounts are currently using the plan and understand the access level assigned to each seat.

Steps to View Plan Details

Step 1: Click on My Account at the top right corner. This will redirect you to the Hub.

Step 2: Step 2: From the left menu, go to Dashboard → Home.

Step 3: In the Plan Details section, you can view :

Plan Name
Active From / Active Till (plan validity)
Billing Cycle
Premium Seats in Use
Basic Seats in Use

Understanding Seat Types

Premium Seat

Can write prescriptions using the RX Pad.
Has access to clinical features in the EMR.

Basic Seat

Cannot write prescriptions.
Can assist with OPD management, patient registration, billing, and other clinic tasks, based on permissions given by the doctor.

Important Note

Doctors can assign Premium access to multiple users, but only the number of seats purchased can log in at a time.
Access works on a first-come, first-served basis.
