How can I view the last 7 days appointments report?

Overview


The 7 days appointments report helps users review all appointments created or scheduled within the last seven days. This report can be used to track patient visits, appointment statuses, doctor schedules, and daily appointment activity.


Description


Once the report page opens, locate the date filter section available at the top of the screen. Select the required date range by choosing the “From” date as seven days prior to the current date and the “To” date as today’s date. If the system provides a predefined filter option such as “Last 7 Days,” it can be selected directly for quicker access.


After setting the date range, additional filters such as doctor name, appointment status, department, branch location, or visit type can also be applied based on the requirement. Once all the necessary filters are selected, click on the Apply, Search, or Generate Report button to load the report data.


** **Step 1: Go to the Analytics section from the main dashboard or side navigation menu.



Step 2: Click on the Appointment Report option to view appointment-related reports and analytics.
