How can staff add vitals for a patient?

Overview:


**This feature allows staff members to record and update patient vitals directly from the application. The entered vitals will be stored in the patient record for future reference and consultation. **


Description:


Staff can add patient vitals directly from the patient record by clicking on the Add Vitals option. The required details such as height, weight, blood pressure, temperature, pulse rate, SpO2, and other applicable vitals can be entered accordingly. Additional notes or observations can also be added if required. Once all the details are verified, the vitals can be saved, and the information will be updated in the patient’s medical records for future consultations and reference.


Navigation


Step 1 : Click on Queue and go to the booked appointments.


Step 2: Click on Add Vital and Lab Result.


Step 3: Add the vital and lab result details, then click on Save at the bottom right.


If a patient is checked in, use the below options to add the vitals and lab result.


Step 4: Go to My OPD and add the vitals by clicking on the Vital option for the patient.


End Notes:


  • Ensure all vital and lab result details are entered correctly before saving.
  • The saved information will be updated in the patient’s medical records.
