How can staff give the prescription print to patients?

This feature allows clinic staff to print the doctor’s prescription and provide a physical copy to the patient after the consultation. It helps patients keep a clear record of medications, instructions, and treatment plans prescribed by the doctor.


Description


Once the doctor completes the consultation and saves the prescription in the Visit Pad, the staff can open the patient’s visit record. From there, they can click on the Prescription option and select the Print button.
The system will generate the prescription in a printable format, which can then be printed using the connected printer. The printed prescription can be handed over to the patient for reference,
medication purchase, and future consultations.

Step 1 : Go to the completed section


Step 2: Click on RX Print in the RX Pad to generate the prescription and provide the printed copy to the patient.


Notes :


The RX Print option allows staff to quickly generate a printed prescription from the RX Pad. This ensures the patient receives a clear and accurate copy of the doctor’s prescription, including medications and instructions, for reference and pharmacy use.
