How can users enable or disable fields in Configure Appointment Fields?

Overview:


**The Configure Appointment Fields feature allows users to control which fields are displayed during the appointment booking process. This helps in customizing the workflow based on business requirements and improves efficiency by showing only relevant fields. **


Description:


To manage appointment fields, open the Configure Appointment Fields window. A list of fields such as Medical History, Treatment Package, ABHA, Service, Tags, Create Quick Receipt, and Payment Status will be displayed.
Each field has an Enable/Disable checkbox:

  • Checked: The field will be visible during appointment creation.
  • Unchecked: The field will be hidden from the booking flow.

Users can also reorder the fields using the drag icon available on the left side of each field, allowing customization of the display order.
**After selecting and arranging the required fields, click on Save to apply the changes. These updates will reflect in the appointment booking screen. **
