How to Display ICD-10 Codes on Rx with Diagnosis & Symptoms


Overview:


This article explains how to enable the ICD-10 code option on the Rx Pad so that codes are displayed alongside diagnosis and symptoms, ensuring more accurate and standardized clinical documentation.


Steps:


Step 1: Click on Rx Write to start writing a prescription.





Step 2: Click on “Configure Your Pad” at the top right corner of the screen.






Step 3: Under Settings, enable the ICD-10 Codes option.


  • Click Save to apply the changes.





Step 4: Add diagnosis and symptoms — the ICD-10 codes will now be displayed along with them on the Rx.





IMPORTANT NOTES:


  • The displayed codes are auto-fetched based on the selected diagnosis/symptoms, and cannot be edited manually.
  • This helps in maintaining standardized and compliant medical documentation
