The system maintains comprehensive vaccination data for each patient, including vaccine names, scheduled dates, and status (completed, due, or missed). To access a patient-wise vaccination report, users need to navigate to the patient profile and open the vaccination section.

Within this section, all vaccination details related to the patient are displayed in a structured format. Users can review past vaccinations, check upcoming doses, and identify missed ones. Some systems may also provide options to filter or export the report for better tracking and documentation.

Navigate to the Vaccination section to view the report
Scroll down to review completed, due, and missed vaccinations
Verify vaccine names, dates, and status
To download the report, click on the three-dot menu on the right-hand side and export it in Excel format
Keep vaccination records updated regularly for accurate tracking
