Description

Select the symptoms heading in the record.
Choose a color option from the formatting tools.
Apply the selected color to enhance visibility.

Improves the overall presentation and clarity of medical documentation.

Step 1: Go to profile interface

Step 2 : Click on the My Rx Template

Step 3: Click on the Symptoms field to proceed.

To change the color of the symptom heading, click on the heading and choose the desired color

Note : Changing the color of the symptoms heading enhances visibility and helps in better organization of patient records.
