Step 1 : Go to profile interface


Step 2 : Click on My Rx Template


Step 3: Click on Growth Chart Indicators (WHO/IAP).


Step 4 : Select Print Vitals with Growth Data


Note: Enable Print Vitals with Growth Data to include both vital parameters and growth chart details in the prescription for a complete patient overview.
