How do we see all the sent files?

Overview:


This feature allows users to quickly access and review all files that have been shared or sent within the system. It helps in tracking documents, verifying uploads, and retrieving previously shared files without searching through individual conversations or records.


Description:


To view all sent files, navigate to the Files or Documents section in the application. Look for a tab or filter labeled “Sent Files”. Once selected, the system will display a list of all files you have sent, along with details such as file name, date, recipient, and status. You can click on any file to preview, download, or check additional details. Some systems also provide search and filter options to quickly locate specific files based on date, name, or recipient.


Navigation


Step 1: Go to the Patient Directory and select the required patient.


Step 2: Click on the Sent Files option.



Notes:


  • Ensure the correct patient is selected before accessing Sent Files.
  • Verify that files have been successfully sent to appear in the list.
  • Use available filters (date/type) to quickly find specific files.
