How to access and use the group feature in Android and iOS?

The groups feature helps hospitals organize doctors into different categories or departments for better management and communication.


Description


In a hospital setup, multiple doctors may work across different specialties or departments. Using the groups feature, doctors can be segregated into specific categories such as departments, specializations, branches, or teams. This helps in better organization, streamlined communication, easier workflow management, and quick access to relevant doctor groups when required.


Users can select the required group from the available list and click on Queue to view the appointments aligned at the selected group level.


Navigation


Step 1 : Go to Profile interface



Step 2 : Click on Select Groups




Step 3 : choose the required group from the available list.




Step 3 : Once the group is selected, all appointments of the doctors added to the selected group will be visible.
