Activate or Disable WhatsApp & SMS Messages on the Eka Doc App (Message Configuration)

Overview

The Message Configuration feature in the Eka Doc App allows you to control which notifications are sent to patients via WhatsApp or SMS. You can easily turn specific messages ON or OFF based on your preference.

Steps to Configure Messages

Step 1: Open the Eka Doc App and go to the More section.

Step 2: Tap on Message Configuration.

Step 3: Select Set Message Configuration.

Step 4: You will see a list of message types. Toggle ON or OFF the messages you want to send or stop sending through WhatsApp or SMS.

Important Notes

If the patient has the Eka Patient App installed, they may receive notifications directly on the app without any credit deduction.
Sending messages via WhatsApp deducts 0.66 Eka credits per message.
Sending messages via SMS deducts 0.14 Eka credits per message.
1 Eka Credit = ₹1.
