How to add an assessment without creating an appointment?

Overview:


This feature allows users to add an assessment directly to a patient record without creating an appointment. It is useful when doctors or staff need to document patient details, observations, or follow-up notes independently of the appointment workflow.


Description:


Users can access the patient profile and add an assessment manually without scheduling or creating an appointment. The assessment will be saved under the patient’s medical records/history and can be viewed later whenever required.


Navigation


Step 1: Click on the patient profile and select the patient.


Step 2: Click on Assessment and start the assessment.


  • Select the required patient from the patient profile.
  • Click on the Assessment option available in the patient details page.
  • Click on Start Assessment to begin the assessment process.
  • The preliminaries section will be displayed.
  • Fill in the required details accordingly and save the assessment.


End Notes:


  • Assessment can be added directly without creating an appointment.
  • All entered details will be saved under the respective patient record.
  • Ensure all mandatory fields are filled before saving the assessment.
