How to Add Doctor’s Signature on a Medical Certificate


Overview:


Doctors can add their signature while creating a medical certificate to ensure authenticity before sharing it with patients.


Steps:


Step 1: On the EkaCare dashboard, click on the three dots (⋮) menu.






Step 2: Select “Create Medical Certificate.”






Step 3: Click on any Medical Certificate template to create a certificate






Step 4: While entering the certificate details, click on the “Insert” option at the top.


  • Select the option to add the doctor’s signature.
  • Post inserting the signature. Click on Continue to complete the certificate.





Step 5: Signature will be reflected on the certificated created.







Important Notes:


  • Ensure the correct signature is selected before saving.
  • The signature will appear on the final certificate shared with the patient.
  • You can download or print the certificate after adding the signature.
