Overview

Doctors can use external video call platforms (like Google Meet or others) for teleconsultation by adding a custom link during appointment booking. This allows patients to receive and join consultations using the doctor’s preferred platform instead of the default system.

Steps to Add Video Call Link

Step 1: Go to the Queue section and Click Slot

Step 2: Choose Teleconsultation as the appointment type.

Select the required slot and proceed to booking.

Step 3: Under Platform, select Other.

Enter the video call link (e.g., Google Meet URL).

Step 5: Click on Book Appointment once other appointment details are filled.

Important Notes

You can use any external platform link (Google Meet, Zoom, etc.).
Ensure the link entered is correct and active before booking.
The same link will be shared with patients for joining the consultation.
Doctors can use this link to consult with all booked teleconsultation patients.
This is useful when doctors prefer their own video consultation platform over the default system.
