How to add past vital ?

Overview

The Past Vitals feature allows doctors or clinic staff to record vital measurements for a previous date. This helps maintain accurate patient records when vitals were measured earlier but were not entered in the system at that time.

Description

**To add past vitals, navigate to the Visit Pad of the patient and open the Vitals section. In this section, choose the option to add past vitals. Enter the required vital measurements such as **
blood pressure, pulse rate, temperature, weight, or other parameters. Then select the previous date and time for which the vitals were recorded and save the details. Once saved, the vitals will be updated in the patient’s medical record for the selected past date, ensuring accurate tracking of the patient’s health history.

Step 1 : Navigate to the Visit Pad of the patient.

Step 2 : Go to the Vitals section in the Visit Pad and select the Past Vitals option.

Step 3: Choose the required date and enter the vital results.

Note : This feature helps maintain accurate patient health records by allowing vitals to be recorded for previous dates, ensuring proper tracking of the patient’s medical history.
