Clinic-level appointment booking allows patients to book appointments directly for a clinic, instead of selecting a specific doctor. The clinic can then assign the doctor internally, improving flexibility and managing patient flow efficiently.

🧾 Detailed Description

Go to Settings from the dashboard
Navigate to Appointments / Booking Settings
Enable the option “Allow Appointments at Clinic Level”

Once enabled:

Patients can book appointments directly for the clinic without selecting a specific doctor
All such bookings will be visible in the appointments list
The front desk or admin can assign the appointment to any available doctor
Helps in handling walk-ins, general consultations, and high patient flow

This ensures better appointment distribution and efficient doctor utilization within the clinic.

Step 1 : Go to the profile interface

Step 2 : Click on Settings & Preferences.

Step 3 : Click on go to Queue Configuration

Step 4 : In the Queue, you can choose the clinic name.
