How to Check if You Are on a Basic or Premium Seat

Overview:

This article explains how to identify whether your account is on a Basic or Premium plan. You can check this for your own account as well as for other users from the My Account (Hub) section.

Steps:

For Your Account:

Step 1: Look at the top right corner of the screen.

Along with your profile name, you will see a Basic or Premium tag indicating your current plan.

For Other Users:

Step 1: Go to the My Account (Hub) section.

Step 2: Navigate to the Users section under User Management.

View the list of users where their seat type (Basic/Premium) will be displayed.

The plan tag is automatically assigned and visible based on the user’s subscription type.
