Overview

The Paymode-Wise Payment report helps clinics track how payments are received across different modes such as cash, UPI, card, or other digital methods. This report is useful for financial tracking, reconciliation, and understanding payment trends within the clinic. It also helps admins and doctors quickly review how much revenue is collected through each payment method.

Steps to View Paymode-Wise Payment

Step 1: From the Eka Care Dashboard, click on Analytics from the left-hand side panel.

Step 2: Navigate to the Payment Report section.

Step 3: Locate the Paymode-Wise Payment section to view the breakdown of payments based on different payment modes.

Step 4: To download the report, click on the vertical three-dots (⋮) icon in the top-right corner of the Paymode-Wise Payment box.

Step 5: Select Download and Export the report in the required format.
