How to configure the Manual and Automatic options for the Google Review link?

Overview:


**The Manual and Automatic configuration allows users to control how Google Review links are shared with patients based on the clinic’s workflow requirements. **


Description:


Users can configure the Google Review link settings by enabling either the Automatic option, the Manual option, or both. When Automatic is enabled, review links are sent automatically after visit completion. When Manual is enabled, users can trigger review links manually whenever required. Both options can also be enabled together to allow both automatic and manual sharing of review links.


Navigation


Step 1: Click on the Profile Interface.


Step 2: Click on Settings and Preferences.


Step 3: Click on Message Configuration and configure the SMS type.


Notes:


  • Automatic ON, Manual OFF: Review links are sent automatically once the visit is completed.
  • Automatic OFF, Manual ON: Review links are sent only when triggered manually.
  • Both ON: Review links can be sent automatically and manually.
  • Both OFF: No review messages will be sent, and an error message will prompt users to enable the configuration.


End Notes:


  • Configure the required message type based on the clinic workflow.
  • Ensure at least one configuration is enabled to send review links.
  • Changes in configuration will be applied for future review messages.
