To create an invoice for a booked appointment, first navigate to the Appointments section of the system and locate the patient using the search or filter options based on date, name, or appointment status. Once the relevant booked appointment is identified, open the appointment details to access the patient’s profile and visit information. From there, select the Create Invoice or Billing option, which will redirect you to the billing interface.


- Staff can add services and apply service-level or overall discounts (₹ or %).
- Multiple payment modes (cash, card, UPI) can be selected, including split payments.
- After verifying all details, click Create Receipt (bottom right) to generate the invoice.
- Ensure accuracy before creation, as edits may be limited later.
