How to create backdated Appointment?

**The Backdated Appointment feature allows clinics to record an appointment for a previous date. This is useful when a patient consultation has already happened but the appointment was not entered in the system at that time. It helps maintain accurate patient records and consultation history. **
Description
To create a backdated appointment, navigate to the Appointments section and select the previous date for which the appointment needs to be recorded. Once the required date is selected, click on Add Appointment and enter the patient details and consultation information. After filling in the necessary details, save the appointment. The system will then create the appointment for the selected past date, ensuring that the patient’s consultation history is properly recorded in the system.
