How to create bills After the consultation ?

The Billing feature allows clinics to generate bills for the services provided during a patient’s visit. It helps record consultation charges, services, and payments, ensuring accurate billing and proper financial documentation.


Description


To create a bill after the consultation is completed, navigate to the Completed section in the Queue. In this section, you will find the list of patients whose consultations have been finished. Locate the required patient and click on the ₹ (Rupee) icon next to the patient’s name to open the billing window.


In the billing screen, add the services provided during the consultation, such as consultation charges or other services. Then select the payment mode and enter the amount received from the patient. After verifying the details, click on Create Receipt to generate the invoice for the completed appointment, which can be printed or shared with the patient for record purposes.


Step 1 : Go to the Completed List and click on the ₹ (Rupee) icon to create the bill.


Step 3: After clicking on the Bill (₹) icon, create the billing by adding the required services for the patient.



  • Add the required services for the patient.


  • Choose the payment mode for the bill.


  • Click on Create Receipt to generate the invoice.
