How to Create / Upload / Add Doctor’s Signature on Prescription Pad?

Overview


In My Rx Template, You can now easily add your signature to the prescription.
You can:

  • Upload your signature
  • Draw your signature
  • Type and generate a signature

You can also:

  • Choose different fonts & colors
  • Adjust stroke thickness (for drawn signatures)
  • Customize signature text


Steps to Add Signature


Step 1: Navigate to My Rx Template


  1. Go to your Profile (top right corner)
  2. From the dropdown, select My Rx Template


Step 2: Open Signature Section


  1. On the left-hand panel, scroll to Signature
  2. Click on Create / Upload Signature




Step 3: Choose Signature Method


Option A: Type Signature


  • Enter your full name
  • Select from available font styles
  • Choose ink color
  • Preview and select preferred style





Option B: Draw Signature


  • Go to the Draw tab
  • Sign using mouse/trackpad
  • Adjust stroke thickness
  • Choose ink color
  • Use Clear Canvas if needed





Option C: Upload Signature


  • Go to the Upload tab
  • Upload image (PNG/JPG)
  • Background will be auto-removed
  • Recommended: Use bright lighting & dark ink on plain white paper





Step 4: Save Signature


  1. Click Save Signature
  2. Ensure “Show Signature” is enabled (optional: enable signature text)
  3. Click Save on the template page to apply changes
