How to Customize Queue Order?
Overview
Queue ordering allows users to customize how their queues are arranged for better workflow management.
- By default, no changes occur unless a user manually configures their queue order.
- Once customized, the order behaves differently across platforms:
- Mobile (Android / iOS): Queue order is followed exactly as configured.
- Web: Right Panel: Follows the configured order. Left Panel: Currently does not follow the configured order.
Steps to Customize Queue Order

- Click on Queue Config.


- Click and hold a queue row > Drag and rearrange the queue as needed.
- Click Save Order to apply changes.

Additional Notes
- Custom queue ordering is optional and only applies after manual configuration.
- The mobile app (Android/iOS) fully respects the configured order.
- On the web platform, only the right panel reflects the custom order.
- The left panel on web currently does not support custom ordering (this may be updated in the future).
