How to Customize Queue Order?

Overview


Queue ordering allows users to customize how their queues are arranged for better workflow management.

  • By default, no changes occur unless a user manually configures their queue order.
  • Once customized, the order behaves differently across platforms:
  • Mobile (Android / iOS): Queue order is followed exactly as configured.
  • Web: Right Panel: Follows the configured order.  Left Panel: Currently does not follow the configured order.


Steps to Customize Queue Order


Step 1: Go to My Account (bottom-left corner of the screen).






Step 2: Select Utilities from the left-hand panel.


  • Click on Queue Config.





Step 3: Select Customize Queue Order.






To reorder -


  1. Click and hold a queue row > Drag and rearrange the queue as needed.
  2. Click Save Order to apply changes.




Additional Notes


  • Custom queue ordering is optional and only applies after manual configuration.
  • The mobile app (Android/iOS) fully respects the configured order.
  • On the web platform, only the right panel reflects the custom order.
  • The left panel on web currently does not support custom ordering (this may be updated in the future).
