How to download demographic details ?

Overview

The Download Demographic Details feature allows users to export basic patient information stored in the system. Demographic details include patient name, age, gender, contact information, and other basic profile details. Downloading this data helps clinics maintain records, perform analysis, and manage patient information efficiently.

Description

To download the demographic details, navigate to the Patient section from the dashboard. Locate the option to Download Demographic Details, usually available on the screen. Click on the Download icon or option, and the system will generate a file containing the patient demographic information.

The file will be downloaded in Excel format, which can be used for record keeping, reporting, or data management purposes.

Step 1: Navigate to the Patient section from the dashboard.

Step 2: Click on Download Your Patient Data located at the top-right corner of the screen.

Note : After clicking Download Your Patient Data, the system will generate a file containing the patient demographic details such as name, age, gender, and contact information. The data will be downloaded in Excel format, allowing doctors or clinic staff to easily review, maintain records, and manage patient information efficiently for reporting or administrative purposes.
