How to Download or Print a Medical Certificate


Overview:


Doctors can easily download or print a medical certificate after creating it, making it convenient to share with patients either digitally or as a hard copy.


Steps**: **


Step 1: On the EkaCare dashboard, click on the three dots (⋮) menu.






Step 2: Select “Create Medical Certificate.”





Step 3: Select a Medical Certificate template you require.






Step 4: Once done, click on Continue






Step 5: On the left-hand side, choose either:
  • Download to save the certificate as a file
  • Print to take a physical copy




Important Notes:


  • Ensure all details are verified before downloading or printing.
  • The downloaded file can be shared with patients digitally (e.g., WhatsApp/email).
