Overview

The Download Queue List feature allows clinics or doctors to export the list of patients currently in the queue. This helps in maintaining records of daily consultations, reviewing patient visit details, and managing clinic data efficiently.

By downloading the queue list, staff can keep a digital or printed record of patient visits for administrative or reporting purposes.

Description

To download the queue list, navigate to the Queue section from the dashboard where the list of patients is displayed. On the right-hand side of the screen, locate the Download icon. Click on the Download option to export the queue list. The system will generate and download the file containing the patient queue details, which can be saved on your device for record-keeping, reporting, or future reference.

Workflow to download the queue:

Note : The file will be downloaded in Excel format.

Result

After downloading the queue list:

✔ Staff can view the list of patients seen during the day
✔ The file can be used for record keeping and reporting
✔ Helps in better clinic management and documentation
