How to download the recording of previous sessions in Eka Scribe?

📌 Overview

Eka Scribe allows you to access and download recordings of past sessions for reference, documentation, and review purposes directly from the system.

🧾 Detailed Description

Go to the Eka Scribe section from the dashboard
Navigate to Session History / Previous Sessions
Select the required session/consultation
Open the session details
Look for the Recording / Download option
Click on Download Recording
The recording will be saved to your system for later use

Step 1 : Click on ekascribe option

Step 2 : Go to the past session

Step 3 : Click on Download to download the recording.
