How to Edit Prescription After Consultation

Overview

This feature allows you to quickly edit or update a prescription even after completing the consultation, ensuring accuracy before finalizing and sharing with the patient.

Steps to Edit

Step 1: On the Eka Care dashboard, click on Write Rx

Step 2: Complete the prescription and click Finish Prescription (bottom right)

Step 3: On the next screen, click on the Edit option (bottom of the screen)

Step 4: You will be redirected back to the Rx Pad

Make the required changes or add missing details
Click Finish Prescription

Step 6: Click Yes to update the Rx pad.

Step 7: Click End Visit to complete the consultation

Important Notes

Editing is allowed before ending the visit
Ensure all updates are reviewed before re-sharing the prescription
Once the visit is ended, further edits may not be possible
Always click Finish Prescription again after making changes
