How to edit the symptom template ?

The symptom template can be edited to update or modify the predefined symptoms used during consultations. By editing the template, healthcare providers can add new symptoms, remove unnecessary ones, or update existing details according to their clinical workflow. This helps in maintaining accurate documentation and allows doctors to quickly select relevant symptoms while recording patient information in the visit pad.

Step 1 : Go to the visit pad of patient

Step 2: Go to the Symptoms section and click on the Save icon.

Step 3: Modify the template as required and update the existing template.

Symptom templates can be edited to update or customize symptoms used during consultations.

Helps doctors quickly select common symptoms while recording patient details.

You can add, remove, or modify symptoms based on requirements.

Ensure the changes are saved so the updated template appears in the visit pad.
