How to enable payment id on the print ?

📌 Overview


Enabling Payment ID on print allows the system to display the payment/reference ID on printed bills or receipts, helping in better tracking and reconciliation of transactions.


🧾 Detailed Description


  • Go to Settings & Preferences from the dashboard
  • Navigate to Billing / Invoice Settings
  • Find the option “Show Payment ID on Print”
  • Enable this option

Once enabled:

  • The Payment ID will be displayed on printed bills and receipts
  • It will appear along with other billing details during printing

This helps in easy identification of transactions, better tracking, and smoother reconciliation of payments.
