How to enable tabular format for vital ?

Overview


The tabular format for vitals allows users to view patient vital signs in a structured table layout. This format helps doctors easily compare and review vital parameters such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and other measurements in an organized manner.


Description


To enable the tabular format for vitals, navigate to the Visit Pad and locate the Vitals section. In this section, you will find the option to switch the view format. Select the Tabular View option to display the vitals in a table format.


Once enabled, all the vital readings will appear in a clear and structured table, making it easier for doctors to review, compare, and track the patient’s vital records efficiently during the consultation.


Navigation


Step 1 : Go to the profile interface


Step 2 : Click on the RX Template option to select or apply a predefined prescription format.


Step 3 : Click on vital section and choose tabular format


The RX Template option allows doctors to quickly apply a predefined prescription format. This helps save time during consultations and ensures that commonly used medicines, instructions, or prescription structures can be added consistently and efficiently.
