Overview

The Growth Chart feature allows healthcare providers to monitor and evaluate a patient’s physical development over time. By recording measurements such as height, weight, and age, the system automatically plots these values on a growth chart. This helps doctors easily track growth patterns, compare them with standard reference values, and identify any potential growth-related concerns, especially during pediatric consultations.

Description

To enable the Growth Chart, navigate to the Pad section and click on Configure your Pad located at the top-right corner of the screen. In the configuration settings, enable the Growth Chart option and save the changes. Once enabled, the Growth Chart will be available in the patient’s consultation view, allowing doctors to record and track growth parameters such as height and weight over multiple visits. This ensures accurate monitoring of the patient’s growth history and development.
