How to Enable Vaccination Reminder Messages for Patients


Overview


Vaccination reminders help ensure patients don’t miss their scheduled doses by sending timely notifications via SMS or WhatsApp.


Steps to Enable


Step 1: Click on your Profile (top right corner)


  • Select Settings & Preferences from the dropdown





Step 2: From the left panel, click on Message Configuration


  • Locate Vaccination Reminder > Enable reminders via SMS or WhatsApp as per your preference



Important Notes


  • Ensure your messaging service (SMS/WhatsApp) is properly configured
  • Reminders will only be sent if patient contact details are available
  • You can toggle channels (SMS/WhatsApp) anytime based on requirement
  • Changes are applied instantly once enabled
