How to Export & Import Prescription Templates (Doctor to Doctor)

Overview

Eka Care allows doctors to share prescription templates by exporting them as a file and importing them into another doctor’s account. This helps in maintaining consistency and avoids recreating templates from scratch.

Part 1: Export Template (From Doc 1)

Step 1: Go to Profile (top right corner)

Click on My Genie

Step 2: Navigate to Templates

Click on Export icon

✅ Once exported, the template file will be saved in the Downloads folder of your computer/laptop

Part 2: Import Template (To Doc 2)

Step 1: Click on Import icon on Template Section of My Genie

Step 2: Upload the exported file from Downloads

Step 3: Enter a Template Name

Click Save

Post Import

The imported template will be saved in the **Templates list of Prescription Pad. **
It can be edited or used directly during prescription
