How to Check if a Staff Member Has Deleted a Bill Receipt


Overview:


You can track deleted bill receipts through the Payment Dashboard in Analytics. This helps administrators and doctors identify if any receipt has been deleted and review the related patient details.


Steps:


Step 1: Click on Analytics from the left-side menu.





Step 2: Go to the Payment Dashboard.






Step 3: Check the Patient Level Data, Service Wise Report, or Paymode Wise Raw Report sections to view details of any deleted receipts.


  • Here, you can view the list of deleted receipts along with the associated patient details.
