How to Manage the Print Settings?

The Print Settings feature allows doctors or clinic staff to control which fields should appear on the printed prescription. By enabling or disabling specific fields, users can customize the prescription format according to the clinic’s requirements. This helps ensure that only the necessary information is displayed, making the prescription clear, organized, and professional.
Description
To manage the Print Settings, navigate to the Settings or Profile section and open the Print Settings option. Here, you will find a list of fields that can appear on the prescription, such as patient details, vitals, diagnosis, notes, and other consultation information.
Users can enable or disable these fields based on their printing preferences. Once the required fields are selected, click Save to apply the changes. After saving, the prescription will be printed showing only the enabled fields, ensuring a customized and structured prescription layout.


In the Print Settings section, a list of prescription fields will be displayed.
• These fields may include patient details, vitals, diagnosis, notes, medicines, and other consultation information.
• Each field will have an enable/disable option.
• If a field is not required on the printed prescription, you can disable it.
• If a field is important for the prescription, you can enable it.
• This allows doctors to customize the prescription format based on their clinic requirements.
• Once the required fields are selected, the prescription will print only the enabled information.
