Print Prescriptions Without Header and Footer on Pre-Printed Letterhead

Overview:

If your clinic uses pre-printed letterhead paper that already includes the clinic’s header and footer, you can remove the default header and footer from the Rx template in EkaCare. This ensures that only the prescription content prints in the middle of the page without overlapping the existing header and footer on the paper.

Steps:

Step 1: Click on your Profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen.

From the dropdown menu, select My Rx Template.

Step 2: In the template editor, go to the Header section on the left-hand side.

Step 3: Select No Header.

Step 4: Adjust the Header Height according to the space occupied by the header on your pre-printed paper.

Step 5: Next, click on the Footer section > Select No Footer.

Step 6: Adjust the Footer Height based on the space occupied by the footer on your pre-printed paper.

Step 7: Save the changes to apply the updated template.

Important Notes:

Measure the header and footer space on your pre-printed letterhead before adjusting the heights in the Rx template.
