How to purchase the premium and basic seat ?

Overview:


Seats are assigned to users based on their role and usage in the system. Premium seats are designed for prescribing users such as doctors who need access to advanced features like creating and managing prescriptions. Basic seats are meant for non-prescribing users such as receptionists or assistants who mainly handle patient registration, appointments, and other administrative tasks.


Premium Seat:


  • Assigned to prescribing users (e.g., doctors).
  • Provides access to features like creating prescriptions, using the visit pad, and managing patient treatment details.
  • Suitable for users directly involved in patient consultations.


Basic Seat:


  • Assigned to non-prescribing users (e.g., receptionists, assistants, or staff).
  • Allows access to administrative tasks such as patient registration, appointment scheduling, and basic record management.
  • Does not include prescription-related features.


Step 1 : Go to the My Account section.


Step 2 : Click on Cart, select the required Premium or Basic seat, and then click Pay on the right-hand side to complete the purchase.


Notes:


  • Choose Premium seats for prescribing users (e.g., doctors).


  • Choose Basic seats for non-prescribing users (e.g., reception or support staff).


  • Ensure the correct number of seats is selected before proceeding with payment.


  • After payment, the seats can be assigned to users based on their roles.





**Notes : **


  • At the bottom right-hand side, there is an option to Pay to complete the purchase.


  • After successful payment, the seats can be assigned to the respective users.
