How to reschedule the appointment ?

**The Reschedule Appointment feature allows clinic staff or doctors to change the date or time of an already booked appointment. This helps manage patient schedules efficiently when a patient requests a different slot or when there are changes in the doctor's availability. **



After clicking the Reschedule icon, you can select a new date and time slot based on the doctor’s availability. Once the preferred slot is chosen, confirm the changes to update the patient’s appointment. The appointment will then be successfully rescheduled and reflected in the appointment list.



Step 1: Navigate to the Appointments section.


Step 2: Choose the patient appointment and click on the Reschedule icon to change the appointment date or time.



Note : This feature helps clinics manage appointment changes efficiently, ensuring that patients are assigned a new convenient time slot while keeping the appointment schedule updated and organized.
